Eligibility Criteria
As per the Indian Nursing Council (INC):
- Passed 10+2 / equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English.
- Minimum 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination (40% for SC/ST/OBC).
- Minimum age: 17 years on or before 31 December of the year of admission.
- Candidate should be medically fit.

Individual universities or state admission authorities may prescribe additional requirements, so their current admission notification should also be checked. The INC currently lists B.Sc. Nursing as a 4-year programme.
